The Sterling Room | Groups of 50 to 230 Guests Our largest meeting space features three state-of-the-art LCD Projectors with large automatic screens, wireless handheld and lavaliere microphones, DVD Player, a built in speaker system, flipcharts with dry erase and paper inserts as well as a lectern. Located in the heart of our conference center, it is just steps from the racetrack viewing area and additional breakout spaces.

Hawthorn Room | Groups of 30 to 50 Guests The largest of our mid-sized meeting rooms features an LCD Projector with automatic screen, DVD Player, a built in speakers, flipcharts with dry erase and paper inserts and a lectern. Located in the heart of our conference center, it is just steps from the largest meeting rooms and the racetrack viewing area.

Hill Room| Groups of 25 to 40 Guests Our mid-sized meeting space features an LCD Projector with automatic drop screen, DVD Player, a built in speakers, flipcharts with dry erase and paper inserts. Located in the heart of our conference center, it is just steps from the largest meeting rooms and the racetrack viewing area.

Brooks Boardroom | Groups of up to 8 Guests Our boardroom features a wall mounted HD LCD TV, flipcharts with dry erase and paper inserts and a DVD Player. Located in the heart of our conference center, it is just steps from the largest meeting rooms and the racetrack viewing area.

Fangio | Groups of up to 24 Guests This mid-sized meeting room features an LCD Projector with automatic drop screen, wireless handheld and lavaliere microphones, a DVD & CD Player and a built in speaker system. This room is steps from the Main Lobby in the heart of the facility.

Ascari | Groups of up to 16 Guests This small sized meeting room features an LCD Projector with automatic drop screen, flipcharts with dry erase and paper inserts, a DVD Player and a built in speaker system. Just steps from the Main Lobby in the heart of the facility.

Rindt | For up to 10 Guests Our smallest breakout space features a wall mounted HD LCD TV, flipcharts with dry erase and paper inserts, DVD & CD Player, a built in speaker system and is located just steps from our reception desk and Main Lobby. Perfect for that small quick meeting before your event.

Le Mans Room | Groups of 30 to 150 Guests
With a sweeping view of a lake and open access to our mezzanine level, this area provides an excellent option for banquets, larger meetings or conferences. A private service bar is built into the room to provide guests with walk up service upon request. Can be sat for up to 150 guests in theatre style formation, or up to 120 on 72” banquet style rounds included in the room.

Monza Room | Groups of 8 to 24 Guests
The Monza Room is perfect choice for planners that prefer a “U” shaped or classroom meeting configurations. Its view of the lake and wall of windows provide the perfect setting for an all day meeting or breakout session.

Brooklands Room | Groups of 8 to 30 Guests
The Brooklands Room is perfect for medium sized meetings, and is equipped with a divider to create two unique areas. It is set up classroom style but can be put into “pod” or hollow rectangle formation for fun think-a-tons!

Monaco Room | Boardroom for groups of 2 to 12
This is our executive boardroom, perfect for small meetings or break-out sessions. Its view of the lake and wall of windows provide the perfect setting for an all day meeting or breakout session.

The Briefing Room | Individuals to groups of up to 40
Located at the heart of our facility, this room theatre style room is windowless and the perfect option for meetings or events that require the possibility of the darkest settings for extensive presentations.

Windows, Lounge & Bar on the Mezzanine | Groups of up to 175
With a full view of our two road courses, this area provides the perfect environment for an event surrounded by non-stop excitement. While this area is perfect for receptions or the dining portion of events, but it is not optimal for meetings as it has limited AV Capabilities and no LCD projector or screens.

The Billiards Room | Individuals to Groups of up to 50
Our billiards room features 3 Televisions, 3 pool tables & shuffleboard, and is a perfect atmosphere for receptions of 20 to 50. Rates include 3 Billiards Tables and Shuffleboard on “Free Play” for 4 Hours. This area is not optimal for meetings as it has limited AV Capabilities and no LCD projector or screens.
